Nice honest review. Infiniti has a huge problem, Genesis. I had three straight Infiniti's (G37 IPL, QX50, Q50 Red Sport) so I'm not a hater, but when I heard the new QX55 had a CVT, deal breaker, I bought a 2022 Genesis GV70 3.5 Sport Prestige, wonderful SUV. I honestly think Nissan is giving up on Infiniti, their life cycle is like 10 years, and Infiniti's have a lot of Nissan parts, some nice looking vehicles but they're a decade behind in tech and no one wants a CVT.

I was surprised at the lack of room in the gv70. I think it's styled awkwardly just a bit for some reason. Idk why.

In the future, all cars will have a CVT transmission. A lot of manufacturers use a CVT transmissions in their vehicles. Honda, Toyota, Subaru to name a few. Most electric cars use a single speed transmissions. The automatic transmission is killing the manual and the CVT will replace the automatic transmission in not so distant future 😢
