I've just gotten through the first 6 chapters of Shoemaker's new book. It is mind-blowing. I will finish the book in a couple of days. Everyone must read "Creating the Qur'an". An "Uthmanic" Qur'an is 100% myth, and next to nothing in the Qur'an that we have today goes directly back to Muhammad.

Shoemaker should just join the dots because his nearly there on actually saying that Mecca didn’t exist before islam was made up. They can't prove Mecca existed (total lack of information for its existence in the 7th century and earlier). They can't prove the traditions they hold now (like qibla direction) are the same as in islam's beginnings (and again, the evidence indicates it's not).

Of course it's possible to prove the Prophet Muhammad existed. It's much easier to do that than to prove Abraham, Moses or even Jesus existed. Only the weird Inarah group who refuse to honestly engage with the evidence question his existence. He's mentioned in a number of early non-Muslim sources. There is now sufficient evidence to show that the Quran was standardized within the 7th century (thus completely refuting the nonsensical theories of the Inarah folk who argue for interpolations as late as the 9th century!) as well.

Here’s why Jesus didn’t die: There is two ways you can view Jesus’s supposed crucifixion. If you believe that Jesus’s death on the cross was his human self meaning it was his human nature that died on the cross that you are believing in human sacrifice and that is pagan everybody knows that’s pagan. The second way that you can view it if you believe the son which one of the trinity which is a part of God that that part died. Now if you believe that a part of God died then your God is not really a God because God can’t die. So now you have a conundrum. Either you believe in human sacrifice or you believe that God died. About that The true God, the Creator of Heaven and Earth is not bound by time or space, He can see the future just as well as He can see the past. So, why would Allah make it look as if Jesus died on the cross only to have the followers of Jesus to start a movement that is foundational of the belief that Jesus died on that cross? If Islam is true, what happened on the cross that convinced all of the disciples of Jesus that Jesus had died on that cross? *Why did Allah allow the very method used to save Jesus (faking the death of Jesus) to become the Gospel we have known for almost 2000 years?* As far as I can see there are only two possible reasons for this. 1. *Allah started Christianity with the intent of deceiving people,* or 2. *Islamic narrative is a lie.* This give rise to single very important question: *Why do Muslims believe the Islamic narrative?* If Islam is lie, then it is a lie and should not be believed. If Allah deceived the Christians, what would make you think that Allah is telling you Muslims the truth. Let’s get something straight here, for the Quran there is a single chain of transmission: Allah tells an angel, then the angel tells Muhammad, then Muhammad tells the People, then some is written on the leaves, stalks, animal bones, animal skins and some is memorised. Then some years after Muhammad’s death, many of those who had memorised the Quran died in battle so after a war, the Quran was gathered together into one book. And then finally, some twenty years later, under the leadership of Othman, the book is rewritten in the Quraysh dialect. Even the events of how the Quran was gathered into one book is via a chain of transmission and written around 250 years after the death of Muhammad. That is around 10 generations of stories being passed from parents to children. The difference between the Biblical account and the Islamic account is that the Islamic account is a chain of transmission where if any one link is week, it all falls apart. Whereas the Biblical account is a mesh of transmission with parallel accounts directly from eyewitness collaborated by other accounts including prophetic accounts and even hostile witnesses. For the Biblical version of events there are 9 separate people’s testimonies about Jesus: • There are the eyewitness accounts of *Matthew, John, James* and *Peter.* • There are the accounts of *Mark, Luke* and *Jude* which are details gathered from eyewitness. • *Paul’s* testimony is a combination of his own encounter with the risen Christ and the gathering of details from eyewitness. • There is the account from *writer of Hebrews* who is unknown. • There are also the prophetic accounts including: *Moses, David, Nathan, Isaiah, Ezekiel, Daniel,* and *Zechariah.* • The New Testament testimonies are also have supporting testimonies of the *First* and *Second century church writings* that are so comprehensive and quote the scriptures so frequently that it is possible to reconstruct the whole of the New Testament from these writings alone. There are also the hostile witnesses: • *Thallus,* a Greek historian, writes of the crucifixion and mentions the day that suddenly turned dark. • *Tacitus,* a Roman historian, echoes the Gospel account of the death of Christ including the mention of the governor of Judea, Pontius Pilate. • *Josephus,* a Jewish historian, writes about the death of Jesus, the martyrdom of James, the martyrdom of John the Baptist, the resurrection three days after the crucifixion, and early Christian communities. • *Suetonius,* a Roman historian, mentions the expulsion of Christians from Rome which corresponds with the account in the book of Acts. • *Pliny the Younger,* a Roman authority and administrator, writes of the early Christian community in Asia Minor.

Until one day Paul met Barnabas, the follower of Jesus and they become friends. Eventually, Paul was introduced by Barnabas to the remaining disciples of Jesus. Paul felt that he was an unwelcome guest with cold reception of him by the disciples of Jesus. So what Paul did was, he wanted to know and familiarized himself to the true gospel of Jesus by accompanying Barnabas in every mission he had in promoting and spreading the gospel of Jesus. Paul later found out that the gospel of Jesus is not that appealing nor attractive to the citizenry of that time where the majority of the people were pagans and gentiles. So Paul had to make the necessary innovation to Jesus gospel by his own to make it attractive to the people whom he wanted to be converted and become members of the Roman church he founded. Paul did not waste time in changing the landscape completely the gospel preached by Jesus. Among the innovation made by Paul was the unity of God into the triune god, Salvation of mankind through the crucifixion of Jesus on the cross in lieu of good deeds, established Jesus to be divine being part of the godhead as god the son, hence this is the turning point of Jesus life to be worshipped as God even he is a man not a spirit. Born without a father does not mean or imply he is God. God is only one. God has no father. God has no mother. (Jesus has a mother) God has no son. Indeed, Allah is but one ilah (deity/god). Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs. (Al-Quran 4: 171) Allah - there is no ilah (deity/god) except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence... (Al-Quran 2: 255) And recite, [O Muhammad], what has been revealed to you of the Book of your Lord. There is no changer of His words, and never will you find in other than Him a refuge. (Al-Quran 18: 27) I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren like unto thee, and will put My words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. (Deuteronomy 18: 18) Messengers from among the chosen prophets convey God's message from His revealed Words.

But the terrorist are getting that courage from quran,right? So, quran is bad. That's what he is saying. He isn't saying Muslims are wrong, he is saying quran is wrong who doesn't equally treat everyone. If Allah is really the creator than why there were so many kafirs? Why he has given us life??
