قال الله تعالى : ( فَإِذَا رَكِبُواْ فِى ٱلْفُلْكِ دَعَوُاْ ٱللَّهَ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ ٱلدِّينَ فَلَمَّا نَجَّىٰهُمْ إِلَى ٱلْبَرِّ إِذَا هُمْ يُشْرِكُونَ ) قال تعالى ان المشركين عندما يكونون في البحر و تهيج بهم الامواج و يكونون في وقت شدة و خوف من الموت انهم يدعون الله وحده و الدليل قوله تعالى : ( وَجَاءَهُمُ الْمَوْجُ مِن كُلِّ مَكَانٍ وَظَنُّوا أَنَّهُمْ أُحِيطَ بِهِمْ ۙ دَعَوُا اللَّهَ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ لَئِنْ أَنجَيْتَنَا مِنْ هَٰذِهِ لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِينَ﴾ ) و المعلوم ان الدعاء وقت الشدة يسمى استغاثة ، فأثبت الله تعالى ان الدعاء وقت الشدة يكون لله خالص اي له وحده دون إشراك احد معه سبحانه ، و لكن حين ينجيهم إلى البر قال تعالى انهم يشركون في الدعاء. يعني اذا اثبت الله لهم الإخلاص في الدعاء وقت الشدة ( الاستغاثة ) ثم ان هذا الدعاء يكون شركا ايضا فدل انها عبادة
