It's so empty feeling to me. It's like the texture of pickles or something. There's no heft to it. The only thing I use it for now is for making "tuna" salad when I have a taste for that.

Oh man I love tacos 😭😭 sometimes I really do wish I lived in a big city just to try all these places. Like not everyday. But man to just try the real tasty stuff instead of trying to make it lol. If you ever happen to find yourself in Tucson (southern AZ) try the vegan birria tacos at ensenada street food it’s a taco truck we have here with vegan options and the birria are out of this world!!!! With the rojito of course (the dipping soup)

Have you ever gone to Panda Express? Also, Chick-fil-A has a Southwest Veggie wrap, but not all locations know about it, it's super annoying. But if you can get it you have to say no cheese and it's pretty good in a pinch.

i never had them, but soy curls might be a good meat substitute, but you've probably had them before....Your friends, Sweet Simple Vegan just put out a video on soy curls, you probably know.......i'm wondering if giving the addresses to the restaurants you go to would be worthwhile........Also, i was thinking, NYC ought to open public bathrooms every few blocks or so, throughout the city, for homeless or whoever, and charge a quarter, but in NYC, it would be more...i guess the state potentially would pay for that....because most of the time, one needs to eat at the restaurant to use the restroom........

I had birria tacos at JAJAJA and they were the worst food ive ever had. Idk if they overcooked it but it was literally not edible. Everything else I love at jajaja, but now i wanna try Raiz too!
