To ssek Caliphate must be in Muslim countries, first. Muslims are not united at present. We need to change. Palestine is an excellent example. We need to be the caliphate of our own soul and follow the Sunnah.

Nobody needs a khilafah. Each country is minding their own business. How would khilafah change anything?

I'm very very grateful that this khabar wahid conversation is openly being discussed. It's very brave of these 2 shaykhs to do this. The uneducated salafis and others were hiding this topic before. But very few will really understand it's significant because most people lack the technical knowledge even many students of knowledge

(1st First point) Khelafah doesn’t exist today in reality (2nd second point) Khelafah must be established and Khalefah must be put on his role. “ Evidence:-قال النووي في شرح مسلم: أجمعوا على أنه يجب على المسلمين نصب خليفة. اهـ translation:- Imam Alnawai in his explanation of Muslim said: the Agreed that Muslims must put Khalefah in his role.” (3rd third point) If Muslims cannot appoint Khalefah then it is not a must based on the sharia principle:- ملا يتم الواجب إلا به فهو واجب ما لا يتم الوجوب إلا به فهو غير واجب It is like if the thing which is must doesn’t exist then you are not in must until it exists and you need to work on making it exist without thinking you did something wrong because you already can’t do that must now because it doesn’t exist so you are not countable except if you want to stop making that must exist or stopping to work on making it one day happening.
