What sources do you have to back this up? Its true that sometimes guinea pigs just end up alone due to certain circumstances eg constant fighting and repetitive failed bondinf. But ideally guinea pigs need to be with others

Source: _I made it the f up_ Seriously, this video was made for the inexperienced to feel better for their mistake. Lonely guinea pigs do get harder to socialize but that's for male pigs, you can get them separated in the same modular cage and they do thrive
