The good thing about griddle cooking aka as a flattop is that even if people don’t own an outdoor griddle it easy translates to indoors, using a skillet. Should be a fun new channel.Im looking forward to it.

Just subscribed and really looking forward to learning how to griddle well. I did my first couple of cooks with the 800 and they went well for my first smokes ever. Thanks for taking the time out to do all this work to present this to us!!!! I looked at some of your first grills with the 800 to the more recent. BUT, did not get to my 200th cook before I had grill issues, but that is not your issue. Please keep both channels going! Looking forward to both!

I look forward to your griddle channel. I found you through The Waltwins when they had you on their channel a few years ago. I am a big fan of theirs and love their griddle cooking (And also their Pit Boss videos) I really enjoy your BBQ videos, and I have often wondered how you can do so many different cooks and keep everyone interested. I will be watching for both of your channels. My arsenal is: Webber charcoal grill (Kettle), Kenmore 4 burner gas BBQ, and the Pit Boss "pit Stop" portable smoker/grill. I use my Kenmore gas BBQ with a Steelmade 26" x 18" x 3/16" thick cast iron griddle (My wife said "No more toys"), so this cast iron griddle was the perfect addition to my stuff without having to purchase a separate griddle. I also use the Kenmore gas BBQ with a rotisserie - it works great (It's a 4 in 1 cooking tool) Bring on the griddle!

I feel ya on getting tired of the smokers. To be honest, your videos are what I turned to for smoking meat. Even went with the 560 for my 1st smoker. Still got it but man it does get old. So, I completely understand. Good luck on your future endeavors man.
