I think you closed the original challenge early because you didn't allow secret exits just in the new super Luigi u video

I know this wasn't the case, as I spisifcally remember thinking at the time that the mini mushroom was the only way to access the secret worlds

yes that's correct, but my issue was I thought that was the ONLY way of accessing those worlds, when in fact, there are cannons that lead to each of them.
