Hi sir , In my case negative stocks are present at Bin level but there is no customization done to allow negative stocks . What could be the other reason for this ??

Its only a configuration like I have shown in the video. You can check the configuration of the storage type of respective Storage Bin to get the clarity

Why one would allow negative stock ? I am not be able to understand its actual use.

That;s why I highlighted that negative stock will be allowed mostly for Interim Storage Types only as those will be used to synchronize the stock between IM and WM during goods movements. I never see the requirement to activate the allowing negative stock for Physical Storage Type. If it requires, this configuration needs to be used. In this video, the process of activation is taught.
