it's mental how, you have the skill but your head gets in the way at times, trusting your body and its ability is always such an influence in performance, aswell as visualizing then performing. Have you thought of maybe spending time with a sports psychologist? Its like with any Sport, the feeling of being 'in the zone' bit sonetimes its problem of getting there. I use a couple of techniques when I go to send hard boulders or routes, stop, breath, only concentrating on breathing for three to five breaths, and then just go, it seems to force my body to take over without me thinking about it,

This video is everything. Warming up with floor is lava seems fun! And throwing those (colored things which name in English I can’t recall) to the floor makes you people look like mischievous cats 🐱 hahahaha I love the way Kelly thinks outside the box and gets sh*t done. She’s wonderful! And so cute hahahaha. A true comic relief. 😍 You guys have a great relationship, I love the dynamics and interactions between you two, that’s goals! 🥰 That ninja fortress Jon made there is an amazing work. He’s a master at what he does. What flyaways! 🙌🏻 That foam bar was a very good idea. For the mental blockage, overcoming fear, but also less straining on the shoulders. Man, everyone gets bored and leaves, but Anton stays and achieves it. That’s commitment! Truly inspiring. 💪🏻 Don’t cut your hair, let Sean be your only hairdresser, even if your hair reaches your shoulders 😂 Clark 🐶♥️ Keep safe, happy and healthy! ☺️

Like David said: if it's mental, go find help. If it's anxiety, repetition can help to make you feel more secure, but there are so many more techniques that can facilitate your performance. Also: the thing about muscle memory is that it needs some time to consolidate. A good night's rest can sometimes do wonders!
@aghost64994 жыл бұрын
Mental / anxiety stuff is often actually physical. Hesitancy/anxiety is a big indicator of sub-optimal testosterone levels. Zinc, high quality sleep, semen retention for 1-2 weeks will usually set it right.

@Anton An idea I had for a "ninja course": (since the TV competitions really like to have their pools of water below them ... which gyms dont have) - take a bridge over a river (one that isnt too high up and there cant be rocks in the river either), preferrably a riveted one with loads of individual beams - suspend the obstacles from the bridge ... and make it a "getting across" challenge - oh and offer several different paths for the contestants ... like "climbing a net" (=slow but safe) vs. "flywheel lache" (faster but risky)
