Sorry about your friends ankle injury. But on the bright side, it gives you a great excuse to film some workouts that requires only one foot, or no feet. Especially when you have to be careful to not fall down on it as well, I'm sure quite a few people end up on the couch for too long when that happens 😞 Anyways, more kudos to Kelly for yet again being the only one wearing a mask ♥️

with the one ring muscle up do you guys even know what the final position feels like? the ring has to be at the crotch and held. you shouldve felt what that final position was like first so you know where you need to get to in order to complete the movement. its basically a muscle up to the crotch or lower instead of the waist. which means the explosive portion of the movement has to be much greater and further.

There are 4 ninja warrior gyms in Ireland, and I am sure there are dozens of gymnastics gyms. Gotta be willing to make the commute. Even in the U.S., unless you live in a MAJOR city or a place where ninja got really popular - you will likely have to drive at least an hour. My current city has a population of 230,000 with a total metro population if 730,000 and the closest ninja gym to me is actuallt 1.5 hours away in Charlotte, NC (the ones Anton has gone to with Juji).
@jamescanjuggle3 жыл бұрын
@@liamengram6326 not many gymnastics gyms actually, ive tried but they are far out, its the same with the ninja gyms, ireland may not be big but when taking into account bus routes it can be around 3 hours one way. and with my lack of driving skills its worth my time building a dodgy setup in my shed hahaha

We need a disclaimer telling us no fingers were damaged in the first challenge of this video 😂 Keeping the push up stable seems hard on the wrists. Kelly :) surprised me, she’s so strong! Climbing pays off there. On the second challenge, putting one hand on each side of the ring would have been too easy. It was amazing! So original, controlling forearms and fingers pressure to keep the angle on the grip so that the ring wouldn’t turn. Muscle up on a ring instead or two, Jon is a beast. You’ll get it next time for sure 💪 Momentum on the one rotating the ring around the bar is key, it needs technique. Neither too fast nor too slow. Props to the guys trying the challenges and throwing the ring, good job too! I thought the wood would collapse, it moved so much when hanging with the ring from there on the last one, got scared for a sec. Happy weekend, keep safe, healthy and happy 😊

Antoine this is where you need some advice from the weightlifters. Practice with some wrist wraps for the L sits on the rings. Once the stabilizer muscles get stronger you can switch to a lighter wrap and so on until you don't need them.

I have an idea about challenge #4. When you throw the ring around pull-up bar it gets shorter plus gravity and it’s hard to catch. Try it other ways that when you throw the ring it’ll get longer. I think that way you have more chance. 💪👍

If you don't chalk, you can avoid ripping. Chalk dries your hands making it more susceptible to ripping. Or you can moisturize your hands a while before you train. That way you will have the moisture in your skin and then you can lightly chalk b4 training to get rid of any excess moisture.
