The Last Statement he made is the way I have been living ever since I completed inner engineering. And I would have never imagined it's way more beautiful and fun way to be. If not for this being I would have never tasted even a single drop of freedom. Thank you Will never be enough. So I surrender myself to the process.

I believe my possessiveness and stupidity is going to make me lose the love of my life. I want to be less possessive, but what do you mean by un-attached to your wife? I don't understand that because I'm extremely attached to my girlfriend so much that each one of her mood affects me. I wanted to know your insights on being "Un-attached"

First and most important Be happy in your own company. Respect yourself. And happily go into the relationship, dont forget you are individual. Once you go happily into relationship you are not gonna talk or beg the person for happiness. Thats where relationship starts growing.

I have been reading the comments, and well, intelectually, we all have the same understanding. But, feeling not complete as far as you can remmenber is not intectual thing at all, it s only a ball of pain that you carry inside, and all you dream of is someone you can give love, take care of, but someone you are not affraid to lose, cause ypu got used to lose what you love. What thought can cope with such basic animal / compulsive yes, pain ?

I am tired of listening into the same narrative from Sadhguru that all is in ur control, when you want to switch it on you can or you can just be or be high all the time e.t.c. I have never came across any of his followers who say Yes I am like that. I am tired of hearing this at the point that either I want to experience it staright on upfront or just forget about Sadhguru & his wisdom which is not going to happen !! Sigh...
@shivankchopra8552 Жыл бұрын
I understand what you are going through, i am sometimes in same boat as you frustrated (even abusing) Sadhguru when I try to implement what he says into my life and things are going out of control. But it does work slowly when you are constantly trying to improve fiercely. I have done inner engineering, so when i practice shambhavi regularly, i start getting the power of sticking to making choices my way, instead of getting frustrated with situations and people. But this takes time, years of consuming mental shittiness takes sometime to cleanup man

@@shivankchopra8552 Heard ! Thanks man, perhaps inshud keep aside all complaints n struggles and practice shambhavi for atleast 6 months to test & analyse change if any. Its been 2 months of continuous practice from me till now & sometimes my practice mis successful & sometimes not(to much distracted by my own monkey chatter). Let's see after 6 months or a year. 🤔

solution is that swhen you try to get satisfaction out of hearing to your ideal or you want to find out something knew even if you had already read the title and found that what already will be content then you will be bored,,, so only solution is sadhna and practice.

@@A.Shek_ Sure bro, all the best to you! Doing Shambhavi I have realized that you tend to get better with more practice. As in you build more insight into keeping the mind mum. It's like 1000 ways in which you discover how every thought is just shiet at the end of all day. At this point of my life, I am beginning to pretty much give in to the fact that if not for outer help like shambhavi, I by myself would never be able to direct my mind by my will. So I have like given into Shambhavi and let it do all the heavy lifting. Cheers! 🍻
