"Don't make your emotion work". Wow, such a profound and sensible statement. This man is unbelievable.
@kilian_brk3 жыл бұрын
It's easier said than done. Everything in modern life is connected. Emotions and rationality, if you live in a temple and be able to be by yourself without the cultural forces pulling at you it is easier. We don't take our time to be this person, so we fail in love. We only can succeed once we settled in life....

Allie Maxwell I don’t have any advice for you. But I’m so sorry you’re going through that 💕
@logangomez12094 жыл бұрын
@@annamara3982 that is good advice by itself. Each person's length of journey is different and the couple needs to be on similar wavelengths or else the best decision is to part ways to allow that person to continue their journey which might not have even begun yet and there is a sad possibility that it might never start due to many factors within that person that blocks that journey. A major part might being that the chakras are closed and the person is unwilling to open them, even subconsciously due to several factors bases on that person's unwillingness to part ways with the past. There is much work to be done if that person ever seeks guidance but only he must be willing to seek it. If it is love that he seeks, he will be unable to find it until that work is finished which might take a short or long time, depending on dedication and willingness. Surprisingly and ironically enough, I believe those are the people that when they break free, become the essence of what could become a mentor, guru, etc. Only they do not know this and might not know this in this lifetime until a small part of them decides something is not right and needs to change. But like I said, only they have to go through life and ultimately make that decision. I am not a guru but I am awake and enlightened and working slowly on studying and opening up my chakras but I am afraid of further enlightenment with my own guidance so I am traveling through life hoping I will meet a yogi guru in the United States. I will gladly travel to go see him and ask for spiritual guidance so if u know of one, let me know. Sadhguru is the best one I have found so far, beyond expectations. Just listening to his talks and mantras brings tears to my eyes. Being enlightened makes u very sensitive to emotions and that is the reason I am trudging that path very slowly. Enough about me, I must go do yoga now 😆 before my day runs out

What is love? It is seeing the other happy, it's dependency, it's responsibility, it's nurturing, it's understanding, it's being pragmatic and it's being prudence-a balance between emotion and wisdom, a solution, not a problem and obviously a feelings for the other. Where love is only emotion, it has the elements to fall like a pack of cards.

Are you experiencing the relationship that reflects who you really are and what you really want or the relationship that reflects the wounds of your childhood? Are you with the person who helps you become a better person or someone who makes you question your worth? Are you really happy or are you just afraid of the sadness of being alone? We've all done it; went into a relationship for the wrong reasons. And often we get stuck in that relationship for any number of complicated reasons, It's hard to know what to do. So we will stay when we feel happy and we will stay when we're depressed when we're too weak to leave. The real questions to ask yourself is: Do I feel like I look forward to my life with them or am I just hanging on for dear life? Am I really with the person that I was meant for or am I trying not to disappoint others? How do I know who I am meant for? The person who we are meant for may not be the person we recognize until we've learned to recognize our true self. The person that you are meant for will be the person who challenges you to believe in yourself, who opens your heart wider than you ever thought possible, not with the sole intention to get you to love them more, but so that you will love yourself more. The person who you are meant to be with sees who you were meant to be and supports your growth, your passions and your happiness. You just seem to fit together and compliment each other and even when times are tough, you stick together. To them, you will never be replaceable, they value your heart as much as their own. The person who you are meant for will be the person you've secretly been searching for, hoping that one day you will have the courage to ask for.

Love is unconditional. Love means that you accept another soul for the way it comes. You love that soul for everything that it is with every tear, every odd stitch. Love is not making exceptions, it's accepting. It's wanting. It's needing. If you have opinions, expectations, judgments, toward someone you claim to "love", you do not love that person. You can only love someone when all of their imperfections are what drive you crazy for them. You will know when you have found your soulmate. When a heavily flawed broken weird unique soul crosses your path, but you see that soul and think it could not be any more perfect. That is when you've found them. That is love.

Nurturing is an expression of compassion... The moment you carry the past and future ( opinions & expectations ) , you becme a donkey ... Carrying the burden then there is no way for love and compassion... When you are so light that nothing matterrs at all... then naturally there will be the flow !! -sadhguru (Emotions the juice of lyf )

Ok I agree with this. I just came out of a bad relationship where actually I was the opinionated one trying to mould the other and we were miserable. But there were so many things that were right for me in that relationship just some things were not at all. So I wanted to change the other things about this person. The things were, in my opinion, destroying this person so I wanted them to be free of it. They broke up with me. So what to do? Should I have just left when I saw the things I didn't like?

Relationship blossoms best when two people accept each other the way they are unlesss something or other might destroy the person.Whenever, we have quarrel with our loved ones,it is the best to maintain reticence for sometime and keep some distance i.e. not having meals together,not sharing bed and so on.The time when a person wants his or her loved ones the most is at the end of the day when he or she is tired or pensive so that he or she can share his or her experience for lightening his or her mood.When we maintain reticence and show non-chalance towards their conversation, they realise their shortcomings. In short, by maintaing reticence we give time to our loved ones to realise the situation as well as the fact that forming opinion and breeeding ego jeopardizes a relationship.While maintaing reticence act normally ignoring that person.After that,when you would understand that the person is trying to convince you by starting conversation or any other way, accept it wholeheartedly as overstretching reticence also jeopardizes a relationship.Relationship is like a rubber band, stretch it subtly whenever necessary but do not ovrstretch as it may lead to its breakage along with hurting yourself. Also, we must remember that we had made another life our part for the sake of our convenience and not out of compassion or compulsion.

you can only work upon yourself to be more loving, then it is when the things that you dont like about the other person disappear. Because what you dont like about the other person is just what you dont like about yourself mirrored.

Wow those replies are accurate. Thanks for the advice. I can actually really see what I was doing wrong for those 4 years we were together.. To be honest...I feel terrible! Because he was not a bad man, but in the end he felt like he was because of me. I never wanted that. Thanks again.

In my middle age it was difficult for me to understand what was a relation, I used to expect same thing in return from others whom ever I was loving. I understood that it is not necessarily we get what we are giving to others. Example I talk to some one with respect, in return for no reason the other person disrespects me. I am not demanding that person to give the same in return, and at that situation I feel better and I thank to God that to show me that the other person doesn't have no respect for me. I will limit my self to interfere with that person next time but I still respect that person.. I should not get upset or get disturbed. If I do that I am also same as other person. I dont like to put myself down to lower level to fight or argue with the people. Every one is different. I try to go with everyone in a healthy way but some dont understand me, that is why those relations did not nurtured well due to lack of understanding. But slowly I realized that the real love means no boundaries, no expectations, no conditions. But love means sharing, respecting each other, understanding, cooperation and coordinating with each other. Still learning to understand better and better every day. Life is short make it happy even alone.
