I have a case and need your opinion My one relative enrolled in PhD at NIT Uttrakhand (self financed) after one year scholarship vacancy came and he gave exam, he was selected also, he was asked by the nit to write and application for cancellation of self financed and take admission in scholarship scheme which he did, fortunately he got same supervisor. He then wrote application for considering one year and course work which he has done under same supervisor and institute. But the result is negative. Can you help me by providing government rules so that atleast course work is saved 🙏 Regards 🙏
