For example (this is a little fantasy example): if i squat 400 lbs at 200 lbs of body weight and then i can shave 20 lbs of pounds and still being able of lifting that 400 lbs i will be more powerful right? How unrealistic is this example? Thanks

The wirey the pitcher, the more natural his stuff moves.. through my experience.

If you begin considering pitchers as power athletes, you can refer to the BF% used by elite level Weightlifters & Powerlifters. Even with a weightcap (baseball has no weight limit) the adviced range is 12-15%. Sometimes using a water cut of about 4lbs (not fat, but water and transient storage factors) to make weight (again, not needed in baseball. Below 12% strenght % power suffer drastically

Single digit Fat perfectage is unadviced for ANYONE not a Pro Bidybuilder. Below 8% (might be higher for most, depending on somatotype) Testosterone & IGF1 production drastically decrease and Insulin sensitivity is wrecked (among other hormonal changes). Pro BB use at least Clen to counter the catabolic response of losibg muscle and HCG to keep the testes going. That doesnt sound like something a pitcher would like to do

+Brent Pourciau Correct! (Actually think more might be better in most cases). But still if aesthetics are a concern to this guy, maybe a 12%BF is a way to keep a happy medium. (Still more jacked than anyone except in-season bodybuilders)
