@ it’s easy for a Moroccan to buy a home. I would suggest buying along the coast where the weather is mild throughout the year then you won’t spend a fortune on electricity a/c. As for putting house in wife’s name, my view is that house will go to children in future in case it goes sour between me and wife. There are cheap flights between UK and Morocco so that’s good. Children are in the process of acquiring Morocco nationality and passport so inheriting the home should not be a problem. Morocco can be a bit expensive but once house is bought and a vehicle then life can be cheap. Also, Moroccan is finally switching from French to English so may opportunities to reach English there and if you have a house all paid for and a car then should be enough salary to enjoy. I like to move about and not be stuck in one place. So Morocco is convenient and it is up and coming. There holding the World Cup soon so a lot of infrastructure projects happening. I bought in Casa in Daar Boazza for about 120,000 pounds for a big apartment in a private complex with managed gardens and pool. Yearly fees ground rent are 400 pounds and they don’t shoot up like leaseholder fees in UK. Moroccans won’t accept it. Morocco is ok for living there but I like to live in UK sometimes and then in Morocco. On the move.

Daar Boazza has two McDonald, two Carfour, KFC, international school, 3 underpasses, 4 minutes to stretch of beach mostly sandy and lifeguarded, all the banks, 40 minutes from international airport, local Hamams, Syrian restaurant, easy access to Casa central.

شكرا لكم على معلوماتكم القيمة. لو سمحتم . نحن ورثة لاخي المتوفي وليس له ابناء . زوجته استحوذت على شهادة الملكية للمنزل الدي كانا يعيشا فيه هي واخي. رحمة الله عليه. نريد شهادة الملكية لكن لا نعرف رقم الرسم الهقاري أو التيتر. وحتى الموثق الذي قام بتوتيق المنزل والاجراءات كلها لا نعلم عنه شيئا. والمحافظه امتنعت عن اعطائنا الشهادة لان هناك ورثة. زوحة اخي رفضت تماما الحوار الحبي وأصرت على المكوث داخل المنزل مع العلم غنها لديها فقط الربع. ما العمل اذن. المرجو منكم الاجابه جزاكم الله بخير
