He’s gone on the record to say if Felix is ever missing, he just forgot. (At one point he was doing 2 issues a month🤯) I’m pretty sure he stopped when he left Marvel and went indie.

as far as I know, the Brazilian writer Monteiro Lobato. he appropriated the character in his famous and cultural series of books from the beginning of the 20th century "Sitio do Pica-Pau Amarelo" including an entire book dedicated to Felix called "O Gato Felix". If you want, you can add these books to your collection.

For one second, I thought you were going to say collecting newspaper strips. I've been collecting Prince Valiant Sundays for over 40 years and have over 2200 of them. I also collect Zane Grey's King of the Royal Mounted (the first ever Sunday I have framed however of the back of one of them is a solitary Felix the Cat Sunday. One of these days I'll dig it out and see which date it is but the strips tend to be buried in boxes and I carefully handle them. I'm sticking with the USA Felix comics as my collection interests are too spread out to invest in the foreign markets, but I admire your tenacity.

Old newspaper prints are incredibly cool! The thing that scared me away from them was their size but also the sheer number that exist. I give you massive props for your collection! It sounds huge!

Well, I'm glad KZbin brought you here! The scans of these are limited at best, although mostly non-existent. Someday, I would love to scan the whole collection to preserve them! The delay is just a time/technology thing on my end
