Lived and worked in several U.S. offices ( Cleveland, New York, Houston) and also spent several years living and working in Hong Kong for Deloitte. A wonderful experience. hard work, long hours? Yes, but well worth it.
@@sipatron7977 I am sorry if your experience at Deloitte was not the same as mine. I spent 4 years in Hong Kong and mainland China and traveled all over the region and worked with many Asians who I held in high regard and had become very successful at Deloitte. It's been more than 5 years in Deloitte. Trust me, there's no mutual respect here. People are having too much attitude and too arrogant. Their performance ratings are the worst. Nobody really knows how you get your rating. It comes as a surprise. Even after you are dying for the firm, you will get the poorest ratings and therefore the worst hikes and bonus 😭

Having worked for Deloitte for 3.5 years. I could surely say that its one of the best organization in the world hands down. Fantastic culture, Super cool people, most caring managers and hikes and bonus can even blow your mind. They thow money like anything. I have even see people getting 100% hikes and 300% bonuses. I am sure no big company gives this much hike and bonus.

Great analysis, but its curioous for me to see Dltt it's on the 1rst place...i.e. in compensation, EY has better compensation schemes than Dltt...anyway, its good to see those aspects you have shown. In my opinion I would say this rank should be: 1. EY 2 Dltt 3. PWC 4. KPMG but, work in any of these firms, is very enriching actually

In India, if you are a fresher Deloitte pays more than EY. For example when i joined Deloitte, my package was 4.4 INR p.a. whereas at the same time EY offered only 3.5. But yeah, when you get to the higher levels EY pays more
