Redlands is a little more expensive than other city's but theres a reason why. The schools are some of the best in the area, the historic housing and many other things.

You are aware Redlands Unified School District has paid out the most money, in the nation, in claims as a result of the sexual predators harbored by the Redlands Teachers’ Union. We pulled our kids from Redlands Christian School because most of the students there were children of the public school teachers from Redlands unified school district. The teachers of Redlands unified school district wouldn’t even allow their own children into the predatory school’s they teach. If ever there was a city that needed school choice, it is Redlands.

@@CaIiHomeTours You are aware California ranks dead last in K-12 test score for math, science, in reading? Also, California leads the nation in illiteracy in 2024 despite the fact California tax payers pay the highest taxes for our state run education with zero return on our investment. To the point, the only solution for schooling in California is school choice and homeschooling for parents who can manage the curriculum. I question the sources you cited as they are no doubt influenced by the teachers’ unions.
