No issues and pilling and it’s been a couple of months! I think it’s super comfortable to nap on a little firm, but I like it that way!

i love my products from Castlery - I got 2 nice chairs and they are lovely... good quality that fit in nicely.

I'm so happy I came across this video , I literally just purchased two accent chairs one for the bedroom and one for the living room , I'm kinda anxious, ty for giving a honest review.I totally agree about the white glove unpacking which I paid extra for because of the lifting due to my disability ...but for the price it should have been included. Seriously 😒

I am looking into buying this in the leather for our den... I have several.. well 14 grandchildren... do you think It has the durability for them? Also dont have quite as much space on one wall... will it look odd with just the corner and the end? States still will be 84.5 inches?? Thank you...

I have never seen the leather in person so I don't know how it'll hold up with the grandchildren but generally, I'd think leather should be less prone to staining! If your den gets a lot of sun (our living room does) I know sun can have an effect on the color of leather over time so not 100% sure about that either! But I don't think it'd look odd with just the corner at the end!

We have it in our living room with our tv and it’s perfect. I was worried it was low but it’s really perfect! My husband says it’s perfect because you’re not looking down or excessively up. It’s like, almost neutral, but a slightttt tilt up. My husbands words:😂 The couch sits low. But honestly, having a tv stand that sits the tv a tiny higher than the couch allows us to slightly look up (not at all dramatically). It counteracts the action of looking down at our phones all day which feels healthier in the long run

This company is a scam, does not have costumer service or any way to cancel or change an order. It's all a scam

@@luisraf51 it’s not a scam lol. You can cancel up until it’s shipped and they’re extremely clear about that the entire time giving you updates throughout the whole process and communicating your final chances to cancel the whole way through

There is no costumer service, so there’s no way to reach them to cancel or change your order, that’s the scam. Sad
