1:58 these are outemu Sockets, using millmax Sockets will probably double or triple the price of this keyboard.

Nice production quality, you could have added more information about the oetemu switches, how each color is different and how they scale compared to Cherry MX or any of their clones. A teardown would have been really great along with a typing test and a test of polling rate to check if there's any latency.

I am thinking of buying a keychron k4 pro. My question is, is it worth spending 10k on a keyboard? Is the experience that different from cheaper keyboards(less than 5k)
@rohitagni15 күн бұрын
5k to 10k keyboards is my sweet spot, all are more or less okay. If you can find a good 98% keyboard under 10k, go for it.
@anandA3b15 күн бұрын
@rohitagni thanks man. Will probably go for the keychron. Heard it is really good from a lot of places. Would be a good option since i want to wireless, 98% and mac/windows support.

what's wrong with plastic?
@realCityBuilder3 ай бұрын
@@T00RNAD00 In general, nothing wrong with plastic but for me I prefer a metal case (at least a metal top plate) as its generally gives the keyboard some weight to it so it doesn't slide around as much and adds structure so it doesn't flex and can make a keyboard sound better to my ears. With that said, I did buy a plastic keyboard (Ajazz K870 with the volume knob and screen) and it's heavier than many due to the battery and insulating inserts, and best of all to my ears sounds very thocky (hate the word but...) and pleasing to my ears and was around $52 shipped.
