8:25 He won't work with Miyabi unless you pair her with Lucy. But that also means you aren't going to use Soukaku which buffs Miyabi alot more.. He is more suited for attackers like S11 and Ellen because they activate his additional passive.

@@black_sinister Ceasar is a defense character so she won't activate Miyabi's additional passive... which is currently support.

@@wits_end. It works since Yanagi is the same faction as her, but Caesar ain't getting that passive, I rarely use any defenders, Dodge parry weave, trust your shift and space button more. So I'll personally go Soukaku for that extra damage and anomaly buildup. ( Anomaly soukaku is preferable )

Lighter is so cool, I love him but it's just as you said, he seems to be a character that'll be better in the future, right now he doesn't really have a 'place' which is really sad. Most of us expected him to be Miyabi's BiS teammate, but that doesn't seem to be the case... I think I'll wait for his rerun

imo for now ellen+lycaon+lighter and s11+burnice+lighter will be amazing, always see lighter as stunner support char he give big daze and more daze time to on-field dps deal more damage, plus he deliver the buff.

Nah fam, skip Lighter. Never pull for a "maybe he improves in the future" type of character. Look at Blade, from HSR. Miyabi is a solid option.

I'll still pull him for the extra side story and 3 standard master tape when he lvl up to 50, but I'll skipping the his w-engine, not really building him. I already got Lycaon, c1 Koleda with her w-engine, and Qingyi with her w-engine. ironically Koleda ruined my chance to pull Zhu Yuan and Caesar.

I don't know if my luck will allow me to get him. Because I got Caesar when I had 15 pulls to get the next S-rank, zero pity and with 10 pulls. This was after I got Qingyi during her run with my guaranteed pull. Was then trying to get Burnice but didn't have enough pulls for her so I tried Yanagi and the same thing with Caesar happened again.
