I never had a LinkedIn account and I'm unlikely to ever set one up. I resent the idea of posting up your entire work and educational history for every Tom Dick and Harry to see. If I need to apply for a job, I'll send in a CV.

Alex, do you reckon LinkenIn is worth is just purely for a EEAT signal for our blog, even if we don't want to network right now? I mean just setting up a profile that can be linked to from our blog's about page, just to provide a reference to us outside our website? Thinking of doing this. Is it possible to set a LinkedIn profile that's mostly private in the sense that it can be linked to, but not "searched" as such? Just basically a reference to us somewhere else on the internet outside our own blogs.

Got one...never used it. I'm more of a Lone Ranger to be fair....not really into networking if I am honest. I prefer my own world of building websites from what I have learned from guys like you.
