Outside of producing the beat, Logic is the best at everything else like mixing, mastering, recording vocals etc

That is pretty much what I’m discovering

I actually use Logic at the moment I’m using logic and Ableton live

@@Eli-mixedit Ahh ok. Thing with logic is that the browser doesn't allow you to browse through samples whilst the project plays which every other DAW allows, strange 🤔

That and also feel like my drums don’t hit as hard to start with.

I would do all my mixes in logic if they had groups within groups option - just like ableton. Just hit cmd+G for grouping and routing and it's all done (wich you can do with logic as well) however putting a group, say percussion group within a drum group with approprite routing doesn't exist yet as far as I know

Logic is dope. I love it, but I think Ableton is better for beat making, and I think Luna is better for recording, editing vocals, and mixing. I think it’s good at all of those things but not the best at them.

what do you think is the best daw for self recording vocals?
