Bought LULU 2 days before their earnigns. The fundamentals have gotten really good for LULU over the past 5 years. An absolutely amazing balance sheet and their revemue and FCF is growing like crazy. One thing I love about the business of LULU compared to Nike and Adidas is that they prioritize only DTC, which really helps with their margins.

I bought in recently, 2% ish at about 315 cost basis I think, I think it's a great company, 250 or lower be real nice though

Good points. I started a tiny position. I could not pull the trigger any further. I am so cheap lol. Plus there are other opportunities right now - similar companies that are selling below IV with conservative future assumptions.

It's definitely more attractive the lower the multiples go. I have stayed away so far because I have a difficult time trusting the moats of apparel companies, but I could see myself coming around eventually. We'll see.

1:49 if the revenue in the us grew 3%. Is it safe to assume that the revenue in the us is about to get saturated?

21 times earnings based on forward earnings of around 14. How did they arrive at that considering that avg EPS has been 2.5 per quarter? Best they may do is 11 or 11.5 forward considering the conditions in which case 300 is still bit expensive in my opinion.

Not based off a 21 forward P/E. Lowest since it became public
