the overall problem stems from the fact that its a common trend in cinema and media to push the "women are powerful" narrative and other shit related to that. and i have no issues with that. the thing that makes it a problem is the execution of it. corny and cheesy lines that aim to portray a womans struggle or women thoughts or haha quirky funny woman make joke about woman haha is what makes it just what it is, cringe. especially when marvels biggest demographic is male
