Is Menoth Sometimes merciful to non believer who repent? What if Vladimir was found by another?

Hello Student and welcome back to the last of the Protectorate warcasters. Today we have the a warcaster who seeks to understand his enemies so that he can use Menoths "Radiance" to make them an ally that if of course Vindictus and then we move on to what if a Menoth Priest had found Vladimir dieing in the swamp and not the Old Witch of Khador what changes would that have made in history? That is of course Vladimir Tzepesci, Champion of the Old Faith.
