Hey Mim, thank you so much for your support, and for your comment! You have a great suggestion. My question for you--where would you like to see the indication of whether taxes or fees are included? On the graphic of the plan card itself? Somewhere else? Right now each plan has a section on the website that says, "Estimated Total Plan Cost". This section includes whether taxes are included, and it also shows an estimated total monthly price for the plan. I'm always working to make my site better, so I appreciate your feedback!
@mimandshaindy49062 жыл бұрын
@@StetsonDoggett I think it would be helpful to have a little indication +tax/fees on the plan card for those that have them, or an indication tax/fees included with the plan feature list, and then the details under the "Estimated Total Plan Cost". I was a Mint subscriber for 5 years, first under the 12 month 12gb plan, which turned into the 15gb, then the unlimited plan. Thanks to your website and videos I switched to Visible. A factor in that decision was that Visible's price included taxes. The secondary factor was that Visible has an Apple watch LTE add on for 5 dollars tax in, which I benefitted from.

I tried the test sim with my phone, even though my phone is listed as supported, even sold by T-Mobile I had issues with it. I own a factory unlocked A71 5G, biggest issue is I could get data, but I couldn't call or test in the normal sense. The phone would pause when trying to make a call, wait about 20 seconds, than drop LTE/5G and go to 2G?? Than place the call, but every time there was that 20 seconds of silence after I hit call. I couldn't receive any calls either which was odd, only thing which worked flawlessly was the mobile data, never had an issue with that. No amount of testing APN's ever solved the issue, though I ran across many posts online (searching for a fix) which mentioned this problem.

@StetsonDoggett2 жыл бұрын
I think Mint customers are happy with Mint. I don't think they should switch to Verizon. I think it would make more sense for them to create a new MVNO on Verizon instead. That siad, this leaves a golden opportunity for US Mobile to do bulk pricing on Verizon.

@@StetsonDoggett Mint markets nationwide coverage (Verizon's strong suit) more than ultra-fast speeds (T-Mobile's strong suit), though, and plus, slower speeds would mean that their data plans won't be as limiting. I like to use Mint occasionally. If they were to switch to Verizon, it'd be a no go. As good as Mint is for discounts, I don't think they can really compete with Visible when it comes to deals. Before I finish watching this. TMobile is my last option for cell service. In my area they are worse than Verizon and that is not good. If you don’t want to get tied in to a contract and want the best service imho the only option is Cricket. Since ATT took over the service quality has gone up dramatically. And I highly recommend them for people who have the most common phones, IPhones ,Samsung etc. If you have a OnePlus or other brand that is not a well known brand here in the us. Cricket will not support your device, even if their sight says they will, they won’t. So providers like mint are going to be where you will head. Check cricket just the same, imo the service is better and the group price per month is better. But if they don’t support your phone? Case in point I bought a One Plus 10pro. Crickets sight says they support 1 model of the 10pro. So I bought it. Yah the sight was ah ……. In error. A few years back cricket was great. They supported everything GSM. Now I guess if your company doesn’t suck up to ATT, your product gets no support. Any way. Waiting for my mint SIM card to show up in the mail.

Every time I call out there’s a loud tapping sound like someone is listening in on my call and tapping a metal pen on a metal desk right into the phone. The recipient of my phone call doesn’t hear it, but I do. It’s impossible to talk over. Incoming calls have no issues. I live a very normal life. There’s nothing to spy on my calls over, though Google is insistent that my calls are being tapped. But I still am a bit worried about privacy with MM being much more vulnerable than with other carriers. I really need to save money right or I’d jump back to another carrier in a minute although I detest Verizon and ATT for other reasons/confirmed corrupted morals.
