The car wash really needs to be pressure washed with a cleaner to clean the bricks. You can see how filthy they are from where the old signs are removed and the huge color difference. I think it would really brighten the place up and make it look a lot nicer and more modern

Gut the basement, keep the stairs. Pressure wash the walls and spray white. That alone makes a dark basement a much happier place.

Careful. You have plenty of walls without stop signs there. If people start driving into those, you'll be ruined quickly!

Is it better to take a loan for big repairs or just buy outright? I own a laundromat and deciding if I should update some of the older machines with new ones using cash or a loan. It will be about 40 grand.

@@immahi6419 it was relatively easy, I used a combo of savings and refinanced my mortgage and took a small loan to cover the difference. I've had it almost 5 years now and both my husband and I have been able to quit our jobs and live off the income from it and we definitely have plans to buy more. If I had to do it all over I wouldn't have bought one with such old machines because that's whats killing us now. The location works well for us though so it is what it is. Can I ask you what your goals or intentions are with a Laundromat? Owning one is definitely not as easy or hands off as is often presented and I dont mind answering any questions if you need.
