When visiting Mykonos you have to visit the great Mykonos beach clubs. During our most recent visit, we went to Nammos and Scorpios which are the 2 hottest clubs on the island. Also, you have to visit Mykonos City Center or Mykonos old town. This is where all the famous white Mykonos Instagram photos are taken. The city has beauty like no other in the world. When deciding what to do in Mykonos, you have to plan for a slower day of travel than usual. Getting around the island can be a bit slower than other locations.
In our mykonos travel guide, we show you the best beach clubs, where to eat in mykonos, and how to have a great mykonos party during your vacation.
During our time, we stayed at the Utopia hotel which is part of the Mykonian collection. A group of 5-6 hotels that are ~30 mins from Mykonos town. It's great because you have access to so many pools and a private beach club, but the 30 min drive to the city can be annoying at times.

Looks like they had fun which is what's important. Myself I have never quite understood spending the money to fly halfway around the earth to spend much of my time in a bar. I can do that at home. I went to Mykonos last summer and went on a kayaking trip, swam at a small secluded beach and even toured a local farm and had a lunch prepared by the owners wife using food they actually grew. The farmer and his grandson played music for us and shared some of their home made wine. A day I nor my wife will ever forget. Oh! It was really windy as the young lady mentioned!

Our favorite pizza place in the world is just outside in the port of Rome, Civitavecchia, It's called Pizzeria Del Ghetto, it's so simple but so good! 2 types of pizza - with cheese and without... I just got back from Mykonos and Santorini after 15 days....EVERYthing they are saying is TRUE..... I FUCKIN LOVED IT.... I will be returning with my lady exclusively, this time we came for a wedding. MOST of the food in Santorini and Mykonos is FUCKING GOOD. They gave us free covid tests and the PCR test is 100 over there, doctor comes to your hotel room and takes samples back to lab, 5 hours later you receive results. Must be done within a 72 hour window to return to the States.... Europe has their shit together with covid.

I’m not sure if they ever did a thing on Ibiza but they should and how it’s 10eu for a water! I’d never ever go to Ibiza if I didn’t have connects there or in San Antonio or w/dj’s in August because it’s just obnoxiously expensive. People shouldn’t blame them, there are tons of people out there tying to do what they do, do travel blog way of life thing, and I love m for that! They do provide some good info for casual travelers. People always think they need a flight to Europe or Asia to travel, but depending on where you live, normally there are great destinations in your "backyard"

@@Roamaroo absolutely! And the hunger of the ego knows no bounds! 😂 Completely true abou back yard, I'm close to Cincinnati, Ohio, but I live in Kentucky. Natural Bridge at Red River Gorge is less than 2 hours away which is awesome for scenery and hiking, and we have Mammoth Cave, the largest cave system (in the country at least) that is truly remarkable. Amazing scenery all around me! But, I'm DYING, positively dying for the beach right now. 😁

It's pronounced Mick a Noss, not Mykonose. I first went there in 1983. It was much less sophisticated then but still a great party island. Known for being a gay paradise but as a straighty I found it was full of lovely girls and great fun. We used to go down to Platy Gialos beach to the restaurant there which is now called Nammos. We also went to the sunset bar in town and then the yacht club and other great bars etc. Nowadays it is hugely expensive compared to what it was and compared to other islands. I still like it and would happily go back. Recently I have been to Anti-Paros which is altogether smaller and cooler.

was in mykonos yesterday. there is food for every budget.. gyros avail alot for 3-4 euros.. or many resturants have moussaka for 12 euros and up . beer is roughly 4 euro 330ml/ 6 euro 500ml. many dishes for seafood/ pasta/ meet ect. will be 15 + euros that is for cheap resturants

Black Mirra the gyro at souvlaki story was 3-4 euros... similar to Sakis. Re: sunset bar, yes you can go and just take photos. You don’t have to reserve a table. It’s a steep 10 min hike from the old town. So just be prepared beforehand.

Every beach in Greece is free for people and if you like, stay all day under your umbrella. No one can't tell you to go. (Tip: go for lunch in small villages inside the island, no on the beaches or town)

@@Roamaroo I'm going in about a week. I actually checked their website after watching your video and made a reservation. They charge $100 euros for two sunbeds and an umbrella. My reservation still needs to be approved. I'm waiting for their email. I wonder if it would be free if we did a walk in.

Hi guys, which hotel did u stay in and would you recommend it?

We stayed at Utopia which is part of the Mykonian collection and we loved it! It's a great group of hotels with it's own private beach. However it's 25 mins from town (but they have a shuttle). The proximity to town was the only negative but we loved all the hotels.. Additionally, if you stay at this group of hotels you get access to all the pools.👍
