Would absolutely love to visit Mykonos, it looks absolutely STUNNING. This vlog didn't disappoint either, you showed off Mykonos so beautifully. Love the walk into the town but the water boat would be fun too! Awwh, Greek Kitty's so sweet. So cute seeing all the churches and the port, absolutely beautiful. An interesting design of church having many churches on top of one another, can see why its so popular! Didn't expect to see the windmills lol, so cool! Those whitewashed streets around Little Venice are cute and super romantic, loving it. It hasn't taken much guys, but i'm convinced and i'd love to visit here with thanks to you showing it off! Interesting about the door colours too!! Mm, that food looked yum. Truly a beautiful and picturesque place, amazing experience, thank you both for the wonderful video!🌟🌟

What a fabulous tempting video to visit Mykonos. You've showcased it wel. Chapeau on the attractive editing. Loved the paved streets ( well alleyways then) and the chapel interiors. I'd not be sitting along that narrow ledge on water's edge I'm thinking.Early on I had a wee smile- on that square there were only white vans parked. Perfect color co-ordination (@2:33). I'd say in full season it'd be so crowded so early or late might be best time to visit? The white and blue make this indeed an attractive place to visit. And with the flowering Bougainvillea a stunning display.Thanks for my early morning holiday outing. Most enjoyable way to spend my morning. 🩷😎🙋‍♀🥝

Mykonos really does look beautiful guys ❤. Your videos to the Greek Islands last year has actually had a big influence on us planning a Greek adventure ourselves later this year. Pete has never been to Greece, and we both really fancy it. It won't be Mykonos this time, but we would love to visit here one day. The heart of the mountains, in bear territory, all facilities, two bedrooms, a mountain terrace and BBQ for €51 a night. With spirits coming in at less than €5 and wine at just over €1? Thank you so much for watching. With the water taxis - if you dock, like we did at the new port, yes the water taxis go back there. If you tender, then your own ships tenders will pick you up. When we were in, the tenders for the celebrity ship were going from the bus stop, about 30 mins into our walk. If you get dropped there, it's only a 10 min walk into the town. Have the best time. 🍻

Hello! We are going in two weeks. Do you have to rent the beach chairs at Paradise Beach, and how much? Also, what is the price range of food?

Good question! We haven't been to Paradise beach for years, but our guess would be yes! Food in Mykonos town can be wherever you want it to be. There are some incredibly pricey restaurants (usually those with a good view) - we didn't pay much at all for our Tziki and bread (under 10 euro). Have the best time ever. 🍻

We didn't use them this time, but from memory they were pretty good. I can't say we've. Ever noticed toilet at a church. There are plenty of bars though - we tend to buy a cola and use the toilets then. Cheers for watching 🍻

It is a very sad and disappointing thing to know that Mykonos, once the island selected by authors, painters, sculptors and people aiming to experience the natural beauty of this island that was a rather poor stronghold for pirates for centuries has now become a place where prostitution, drugs, alcoholism, rudeness and complete disrespect of almost any lawful behavior rules. Hotels, restaurants, beach bars and cafeterias charge exorbitant prices (usually without issuing any receipt), they employ young Greeks or illegal immigrants at monthly wages below (sometimes way below) the minimum wage, without any social security compensations and having them work 12-14 hour shifts 7 days per week treating them like slaves,, while beach bars and hotels occupy beaches charging ridiculously high prices for an umbrella and two chaise longues, forbidding people who are not willing to use them and pay for them from swimming in the beach (by Greek law all beaches are public and freely accessible to everybody). Much of the tourist economy of the island is in the hands of the Russian mafia and its oligarchs much of the supply of food, equipment and fuel a part of the building business is ruled by the Albanian mafia. Corruption runs high, as you can open any sort of shop almost anywhere if you have "the right connections" and you can build whatever you wish or can afford without feeling restricted by any building permits, Greek laws on the use of land or any public space demarcation. Local Mykonians, once happy and proud of their island, are questioning whether they are going to have the means to keep their properties on the island, are more and more threatened by the shady people that make Mykonos their summer residence and by the myriads of people landing on their island in the summer, as tourists seeing Mykonos as the paradise for heavy drugs, easy free and paid sex, wild partying and a chance to engage in any sort of extreme, unhinged nightlife "entertainment" of all sorts. Mykonos was recently characterized as the "Colombia of the Mediterranean Sea", if that adds a layer of description to the fast, sad and possibly irreversible disintegration of this very beautiful island. What a shameful waste!

Wowsers, you sound like you really know your Mykonos. All we see as tourists is the beautiful little town and winding streets once used by the pirates. This was our first visit back since 2007 - we both felt that is wasn't as expensive as it was. We did find that a decent restaurant back then was sooo much! This day we ate at Little Venice right on the front and it wasn't too bad at all. I can imagine though that the sleepy village for the bohemians has long gone which is a shame. We have such a soft spot for this island and it's a very special place for us. Thank you for watching and sharing your knowledge. 🍻
