Mukazi the bodas are indeed few hence they charge quite a lot so you're forced to exercise by walking 🤣

Thanks Nabz, Ugandan youtubers are marketing Nairobi better than our youtubers. Maybe because Kenyans themselves are not that proud of their capital, locals call it "Nairobery" I think Kenyans have a lot of contempt for their capital. Thanks for marketing our capital.

Got nothing to do with Kenyans not loving their own city. It's like they are used to it to an extend that they find nothing knew when they've been around all through. Just like the way a Kenyan would find Kampala interesting because he/she isn't used to the same.

Do more research. During the reign of Idi Amin Swahili was mostly common among the soldiers, so it's was considered an oppressors language. I probably didn't explain it better.

It's not spoken commonly anywhere in the country so ofcos It's hard for people to learn it. Some are taught in school but still forget coz they have nobody to practice it with

Why don't Ugandans speak Kiswahili like other East AFricans? You are really letting our EAC community down. Jufunzeni kunena ndimi yetu ya Kiswahili ili tuwasiliane vema. Kenyans on this page, this question is ONLY directed to Ugandans.
