He’s in the pantheon of greatest passers already which is just a testament to his skill. For me though it’s probably going to be hard to beat Magic or Stockton. It’s mainly because of consistency. Jokic is more to his team than a facilitator so he has nights where the team needs something different from him. Magic and Stockton did it every night. Especially Stockton who’s the epitome of consistency and greatness in being a floor general and great passer. If Jokic stays consistently great and continues an upward trajectory he’ll be competing for a different all time title and with a different player who wore the no.23. People need to revel in the fact that they get to see a guy like Jokic play. He’s a once in a generation talent. He’s not just another anointed no.23 clone, he’s his own player who’s carved out a niche for himself. He’s really special.

I'm old enough to have seen Magic play live, and he was truly something special. The things he did just in front of me was amazing. We didn't really understand how he did it. But he did. I haven't had the chance to see Jokic though live. But judging out of all games I've seen on screen I'ma say Jokic does make a good run for it. However Magic was generational on another level given how he transformed the art of passing, so I still think Magic will always be seen as the passing GOAT, even though technically Jokic might be better now.

This is called Awareness. Only players with an High IQ are able to "Control" everything around them. Larry Bird was the Prime example of a player with complete Awareness of what was happening in any part of the "Floor". Very Special, Intelligent and Super Gifted Players.

Great defensiveness rebounder too. His height let him do passes they can't make. If you stop him from moving he just becomes a better passer standing. That's the key to stopping the others. I'm going to say another championship before I move him ahead of Magic.

Jokic has some of the most insane passes i have ever seen..there's a reason most players don't even attempt them..most big men that would try the full court pass would either give it to the opposing team or knock out a fan in the stands..Is he the best passer of all time? He certainly can be..one thing that he's got going for him is that he's in his prime..29 years old..he might have as much as 10 years left in him..that's plenty of time to establish himself..while most of his passes do make me laugh in disbelief, his overall game is what makes him a B-Ball whisperer..
