Dough Ingredients:
500g All Purpose Flour
30g Sugar
3g. Salt
40g Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
7g Yeast
300g Milk
1 Egg (weighs 55-57g with shell)
Custard Ingredients:
3 egg Yolks (from eggs that weigh 63-65g each with shell)
100g Sugar
100g Milk
50g Custard/Pudding Powder
400g Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Powder
