Maybe my comment is not related to posted video but I would like to make people aware of few things before jumping into applying for AIPP. Pls note this is my personal experience and may not necessary apply to everyone but it’s good to have awareness. I went through the AIPP and effectively ended up working in Nova Scotia. Unfortunately, i was unfairly dismissed (that’s obviously not my employers view) and ended up with no job and income. At that point I am on my own and as I was still waiting for my pr to be processed the work permit does not allow you to work anywhere else but the AIPP employer (that’s work permit condition). So as I have no job the pr application automatically becomes invalid. As result your choices are very limited as yr work permit has no validity either, u loose money for yr pr (as they only return part of the money back if the app is not approved) which now have no validity as again u got no job. Immigration doesn’t really care they see you got no documents u out simple as. Looking back I wish I had saved enough money as even if u r going to win yr case with yr employer you need some money to at least go back home (and imagine moving country after u left everything in another country is not cheap and pleasant and if got kids on top good luck) unless you are planning to start from square one and start looking for new employer and going through AIPP again etc. Another issue Is that as u got no job and yr docs become invalid from Whtever date u then becoming illegal immigrant. That’s my experience which I felt I should share publicly to make people aware what if things don’t go as smooth as they advertise. I hope most of applicants though have much more positive experiences good luck

None of the employers are ready to take Candidate through AIPP. All employers sing same song..They need only candidates from Canada. Really i do not understand AIPP requirement if all employers need applicant from Canada. That mean there is no shortage of man power. Government should take up this matter seriously.

Are there approved agents that can secure a job for an international applicants. Most designated employers want people already in Canada. I am a doctor with 14 years experience and my wife an English as a second language teacher.
