Great video! Really appreciate you sharing your experience. I think you're absolutely right. You CAN make it in the box truck business with Amazon Relay but you really need to do some homework to make sure your area has enough box truck loads. That's hard to do since you really won't know until you have the App so it's important to research KZbin and other social media to find out if you are in a busy area. With a semi truck doing power only loads, you won't have to worry about that as much. Like you said, there are more loads and MANY more options if you own a semi tractor. You're going to see higher rates too. And yes, you have more cost and risk with the Semi, but the potential rewards are much higher than with the box truck. I think it's really commendable that you're giving people this information up front. Yes, you can break into this business with box trucks and that's a good thing. It's an equalizer that let's people get into this business without millions of dollars in their bank accounts. But it's a hard road to hoe. If you can get that class A and get into a semi truck, given the price of box trucks, you will have more options and better rates available to you. Thanks again.

@@demetreusb Chances of finding a box truck at a "reasonable price" RIGHT NOW is somewhere between slim and none and "slim" just left the building and he didn't say when he was going to return nor where he was going or for how long!!!! A friend of mine was seriously haggling for the best price on a low mileage fairly new truck (2019 Freightliner, 26') on a Saturday morning. Come Monday morning, just 48 hours later, the price had increased by $18K on the same darn truck and $25K by week's end. This was at the first of the year. Needless to say it was a deal breaker as he had to gather more down payment money. He's now having to wait until April and no guarantee of the same quality of truck in the area and probably at a higher price too if one is! Truly a seller's market for Boxers now!
