Hi, you can find all the visa types for Oman in the Royal Oman Police website here: evisa.rop.gov.om/en/types-of-visa I’ve been working in Oman since many years with a working visa and a sponsor (tourism sector). As an Italian speaking it was easy to find a job as a tour guide. It really depends on your skills and what type of job you are looking for

My dad worked between Italy and Saudia Arabia for almost 15 years... He used to buy Italian silver jewelry from an Italian small city ( can't remember it's name) and sell it in Saudia... My dad used to tell me about Italian people, how they are dedicated, humble yet professional and overall nice people... In many ways, wish all countries live in peace, prosperity and freedom

Prices are low in Oman because taxes are low compared to Europe i guess, it is only 5%.

Oman standard VAT rate is 5%, very low compared to Italy for example and residents pay zero taxes or up to 15% depending on the job.
