One Foot is flatter than the other
Most clients I have helped have this imbalance.
One arch may be lower because of strength imbalances, between the two feet.
In our daily life, we engage in habits, through circumstance that require
favoring one leg/foot over the other.
Once you identify what habits or injury has caused the imbalance
you can take steps to strengthen the flatter foot.
Resistance training is the fastest way to regain balance between the limbs.
1) Start all your resistance training exercises with the weak side and then match those reps on your dominant side.
Resistance training is vital, to speed the development of the laggard foot/leg.
The flatter side is the weaker side, so once that side is tired or you lose the mind/muscle connection, you should stop immediately.
This process is tedious and takes many weeks to months, to catch up for years of ingrained imbalance.
