I believe its better to think of our universe as a conscious body than to call it a brain.. because if we'll talk of brain we would automatically start relating it to its anatomy too which won't make much of sense and won't give the desired outcomes. No, it being a simulation makes more sense, than a brain, who can’t even have a single thought, due to restrictions of the speed of light and our universe is constantly expanding, possibly infinitely, if it’s a simulation all a supercomputer would have to do is to keep computing the structures that are directly being observed. Can you imagine tiny beings with entires lifespans living inside your brain like we live in the universe, and how small they would have to be, it would be smaller than planck length, which is the smallest possible length and it is calculated by theoretical physics, and it’s really the smallest possible length in our universe, so in order for beings to live in our universe it has to be smaller than this in terms of the scale, while the simulation theory is also absurd it is still possible, we are very much closer to AI than you think, and if we can create consciousness so can other beings

Just one thought came in my mind, if our thoughts travel at the rate of 100m/s and preservance of perception is 1/10th of a second, so all our ideas of time is buld on this speed and hence space and time. What if the measurements goes beyond. Where even milliseconds might be to big timeframe. And also preservance of perception makes things continous and prevent us to understand our surroundings as they are as defined by quantum physics as discrete. So all there measurement doesn't make sense based of our understanding of time and hence space. There might be a day where we can perceive things beyong thoughts . And that is only might be possible using mathematics.
