Hi Chiumya, great video and certainly an important question. I think what is important is to have a diversified portfolio to mitigate against all kinds of risk. Having several income streams is certainly advisable. It is therefore advisable to have a certain percentage invested in Liquid assets and also in property……so you can have a portfolio of real estate, stocks, bonds and treasury bills. Farming is also a good thing to invest in. “Cast your bread upon many waters” so says the good book…..and it is never wrong. Great video and please keep them coming.

The Answer for me is YES. Property is still the way to Go. When it comes to Pricing though. Prices are toooooo High . In all Honesty 2/3 of an Average Zambian can NOT AFFORD. UNLESS ONE CUTS CONNERS, and that's not good for the economy.

Thanks for watching! I agree that the majority of Zambians can't afford to buy a home outright, that's why we need mortgage products and programmes that support people getting on the property ladder. Please subscribe and share this video. help us reach 10,000 subs!

Natasha, the Bo'Jangles Jazz club/restaurant looks like a nice place. In real life, Bill 'Bojangles' Robinson was a famous African-American (U.S. African Diasporan) tapdancer. Jazz composer/conductor Duke Ellington wrote a masterpiece 'BOJANGLES' in tribute to Bill Robinson. Great job on the video (as usual), Natasha!
