Tim knows so many outskirts of Zambia and is well-informed about the country and its development. He has so much positive to say about his country and not only the real estate business, but also about politicians, and the people in general. I believe he has the best interest of the country at heart. These are the kind of people we must have in Africa.

Loving the drone footage Natasha. And a big yes for Ngwerere - being only 10-20 mins from Roma/Foxdale/Roma Park, you'd wanna get in and buy now or live to regret. Averaging K150k-200k now, which definitely won't be the case in a few years!

Very informative conversation! ! I am glad my first investment was in Kafue, just bought land in Foxdale, so please those are the areas mentioned by Tim. Question for time , why is Frank Knight do expensive, your properties are very pricey and out of reach by average Zambians .
