@@muttocycle Hiya yeah, so there is no negatives about it when it comes to people with physical ailments they consider these factors and give you the appropriate alternatives. Ah for me it was wonderful after the last day I felt some kind of essence within me that had this wisdom and purity about it and it has only grown since practicing everyday. @@nirkaya mmm, depending on your flexibility it will vary when you first start. If you would say your about average you should be fine, there are only 3 sets of physical movements and the rest is very relaxing and can be intense :) hope this helped.

I was so looking forward for the live sessions and when the time came up on Sunday, I had such terrible pains in my knees from sitting the day before that I cried, i was so dissappointef that I didnt just choose to sit on a chair in the first place, instead I sat for hours in a position I am not used to sitting for more than 40 minutes. But I had a bench in the room, and when it was repeated after a break, I was able to do the practices after the prepretory ones. Just be prepared, you will be sitting very much on the day before, only sit in meditation pose when necessary, stretch your knees inbetween, it will make the initiation day better for you if you are unaccustomed to sitting so long, dont heditate to use a chair.

Prana is the energy that is used for initiation. Prana is a non-local sort of energy, you don't have to be in-person to recieve shaktipat or any other type of transmission.

What i understood from your comment and from this video is that in order for transformation to happen there must be an initiation or induction or transmission , it's like the induction motor in a car that gets the engine running , though there is fuel and all the mecanical elements needed for the car to move , still there needs to be an induction , so is this how it works , we have the necessary elements for transformation but there needs to be an induction , the Prana energy that you mentionned , but isn't practicing Shambavi from the video in Sadhguru's channel enough or is there more to this ?
