I have heard some people think you shouldn't do red light therapy in the chamber at higher pressures

Full body red light is also really great pre-sauna. My experience is the increased blood flow leads to sweating faster and more. If I do full body red light prior to sauna I find I'm sweating in less than five minutes in the sauna and then there's the added benefit of more red light in the sauna.

My doctor uses this type of oxygen therapy ypoxie-Hyperoxie-Training (IHHT). Would it be the same with HBOT and have the same benefits?
@hyperbaric7 ай бұрын
Hi Bella. While it is a great device, it is different from HBOT. HBOT uses pressure and oxygen, and hypoxie-hyperoxie utilizes fluctuations in oxygen concentrations.

could this be used for lupus, low and slow? I’ve read some contradiction indications with red light therapy and lupus.
@hyperbaric8 ай бұрын
yes, in some cases lupus can be a relative contraindication for red light therapy, although generally it is considered to be safe

is it infrared light therapy or "red light therapy here?"
@kevingold10917 ай бұрын
Both. Or can be both, and usually is.
@Justin-ur5uc2 ай бұрын
Many times it will be Near infrared (NIR) and red up to 5 or so different wavelengths. If your light or bed says it has near infrared, they may appear like they are burnt-out as we are unable to see infrared at certain wavelengths

Hi, I've been closely studying your KZbin Channel for some time now, and I see great potential. I believe we can achieve remarkable things together. Would you be interested in discussing this further?

The Doc needs HBOT for his nose rubbing compulsion ?
@davidfileccia63177 ай бұрын
If your nose was blocking 80% of your vision, you would be rubbing the hell out of it too.

Seems like he's allergic to something around him, that tends to happen to more sensitive people.
