I rented a van on Fluid truck for 28 days. It was $1890 for the month, 100 miles each day it’s rented. 39 cents a mile after you go over. Comes with full coverage insurance. In two weeks I’ve made well over 6k. And that’s not including the $800 I made with side jobs

It would only make sense if you were renting for a week to see if its the kind of business you want to get into. Setting aside .35-40. per mile would pay for a new Benz and it would be yours vs .60 to .70 paying for someone elses van and then also paying to use it. Then you would have the money to replace it at 150,000 miles. Provided the loads are there of course! Also would have been nice to see the time involved with each load?

I like the video with the charts. However, when comparing the vans it is better to use the same load to compare all the vans. This gives an apples to apples comparison like you have to compare the same comps in RE (4 bd, 2 Bth). With that said, this was a great video, and I think a lot of people wanting to jump into the delivery space need to think of it like a business and really calculate everything.
