Base Metabolic rate isnt for standing and talking. It is how many calories to just keep organs functioning. Blood pumping, oxygen in lungs. I need to figure out my BMR

Really good video. S Health always Show more kcal burned. I also think because it has a lot more data than an online calculator, so it is more accurate.

I have watched a few videos on Samsung Health. I was looking for how the data gets into S/H app, and no one seems to address that. I have a new Watch-7-Ultra on the way and wondered if the data collected by the watch will automatically export into S/H app. Also, I have a smart scale that collects 16 different metrics, and it says it will report to S/H app (and it is connected via Bluetooth), but I see none of the data in S/H app. Maybe you could make a video on connections to devices like smart scales and watches. Thanks.

Please help🙏 I bought galaxy watch 6 40mm, and first, I dont know which mode to choose for my workouts since it doesnt have weightlifting, it has squats, deadlifts...but Im not going to be selecting specific modes for every exercise i do. I want one that includes weight training. Which shoulf I choose? Circuit? Cable machines? Other? Other question, i think its underestimating calories. For example at 3am i should have more than 150 cal, since my metabolism is 1200, its 50cal/hour. Since i did kore things in that span time like taking the garbage out, climbing stairs etc, total calories should be above 150 and it was just 175. What, 25 calories for the things I did in that span time? It wasnt nothing special but Im sure i burn more than 25cal, since i was moving for the 3 hours and not laying down on the couch....

Hwy i am using this while cycling ... But hey do we need any accesories for getting accurate result ??.. ( i dont use watch or anything i put my phone in my pocket and ride my bike ) 😅 and click on stsrt and go 20 km every single day

Some accessories support Samsung Health. You can see the list in the account/settings menu. However, the app is good on its own.

Hold on the Samsung Health app icon and then click "App info." From there, tap "Force stop." Then open the app.

No. Kcal and cal are the same. It's just a different unit.
