There's no doubt, it's not as 'easy' as it was, but still very much a viable strategy to make good cashflow if you know what your doing. The market is still young in the UK so has a lot of growth potential.

As a landlord, can you use an agent to run your SA in a similar way to a standard BTL? In that they take a percentage

Yes, there are some operators that will do this for you. We only do this for landlords with a small block or floor of apartments (up to 20 units).
