My experience has been that if a top is large and not gentle, you have the right to tell him to get his dick out of you and leave. If you have a large partner (like relationship more than a one off) then they need to either accept they need to be gentle or they can bottom for you instead (then be rough and see how he likes it). Also remember, doing squats opens you up and you can take more and that also puts you in control. And sweet jerseys, use TONS of lube (silicone based lasts longer and is much silkier, water based just doesn’t cut it with larger men).

Before I had even met him, the hospitalist had concluded that I was an HIV infected drug addict that was banging every dog on the street corner. He didn't believe me when I told him that my husband and I were pretty vanilla and insisted that he was going to run an HIV test (and who know what else). Two days later, after dragging in an infectious disease specialist and having an unknown number of tests, that same twit of a hospitalist was clearly very frustrated to inform me that I just had a mild case of pneumonia. If you're not comfortable with a doctor then you need to find a different doctor. I just wasn't quite up to marching out of that hospital.

Again the problem is you are in the medical field and understand both sides of the question about anal sex , I’ve seen documentaries about adult sex business, and some tell bad stories about the trauma from anal sec , so you have a two worlds problem, one side like yourself and the other one which doesn’t always protect themselves. It's the same as they make documentaries about cancer, but not about people, how they enjoy life not having cancer. If you forbid to talk about pleasure, as "sugar coating", you enforce to talk about the risks only. The special thing on this doctor is, he includes the "why" the "joy" into evaluation. Watch documentaries about plane crashs, and warn people to fly. That's the very same thing. From "It's possible" you can not conclude to "It's likely".

I can speak from experience about hemorrhoids and anal fissures. I was treated about 15 years ago for hemorrhoids. The hemorrhoids were nasty, bleeding almost everytime I took a crap. My doctor used the banding method. Tiny little rubber bands , kinda like when they castrate farm animals. He said that he applied 4 bands. This is done as an outpatient procedure where the patient is put under so that they can't feel anything. When I woke up, the doctor told me that he also treated me for a chronic anal fissure, a procedure called fistectectomy , I think that is how it is spelled. The doctor/surgeon cut a little slice into the tendons circling my anas. All in all it took about 2 weeks for the wounds to stop draining, I would have loose pink bowel movements. I think it was a month and a half before I could have any sort of anal sex. Twenty years later, everything works fine. No lost of bowel control. I'm 65 now, gotten fat and bald, don't get much action anyway. I really can't understand why banding isn't used more, it seems like a simple solution for a big problem with some people. It made a huge difference in my own personal experience.

It depends on the degree of your hemorrhoids. Banding only works for light to light/medium cases, otherwise we have to suffer with that awful surgery. It took me almost two months to fully recover from the surgery, and was 17 Days of extreme pain. I wouldn't wish it to my worst enemy. I'm 34 now, 28 when I had surgery. I really wish I'll never have to go through it again.

Thank you for this. I've been bottoming for 30 years. The last time I heard a proctologist talking about this, he said that the anus was a sexual organ. I questioned this, and they assured me that they were being literal. I couldn't take them seriously after this. I haven't had any problems caused by bottoming because I follow a simple rule: if it hurts, don't do it. IMHO, pain is my body's way of telling me not to do something. Done right, there's no pain.

Furthermore the anus and that whole zone, has pretty much the same smell as the scrotum, vagina, penis, regardless, of gender or sex, but will vary from people to people, like body smell, sweat, hair smell etc... It's mostly regulated by hormones, body routine, what type of chimicals are in your shampoo / soap, and will generaly change from person to person. Also it's not tied with gender nor sex in any way. Again it varies a lot ! TLDR ; If you clean properly and have a basic hygiene, No it won't smell like poo, it will smell Like humans do.

I have fortunately never had any issues with it (no injuries, hemorrhoids, fissures or discomfort) in all my years of having "sex". Almost any kind of people can enjoy it. Lots of men and women do it, many more than you would think. It's just a form of sexual activity. If done right, it's very pleasurable. If done wrong, it's painful and potentially dangerous.

I always enjoy watching your videos not only are they informative but you have such a great character presentation and are always happy.... even when you are talking about poop! LOL.... I have the opposite problem... leaky stools.... have had it for years.... I think it must be either in my BP or Thyroid meds.... I was told I have Microsoptic Colitis ..... and I don't want to take serious medications like Bundensonide (sp?).... so will be on the lookout for your advice on loose/leaky stools which come on instantly ....and only in the morning....

After an unwanted brutal experience of this kind, I ended up with no colon at all and an ileostomy, which many years later, has had all kinds of problems, common to ileostomies.

Hi, so you don't have a colon? or did you have it replaced? Were you still able to bottom without the colon? Why was it necessary to have it removed?

@@jaxonjaxon7845 What does that mean, "able to bottom?" The colon, which is the large intestine cannot be replaced. The small intestine,alone, handles digestion and its output, which is redirected thru an opening in the stomach wall, called an ileostomy. The colon had to be removed because the lining had multiple bleeding ulcers, known as ulcerative colitis. Hope this answers your question, which is a little confusing to me. If you're referring to anal sex, that is definitely not my thing as a woman. It was not consensual! However, I would caution those who like that, to be careful, as an unwanted serious injury can result. Over and out. Peace

@@Cozytarotarcanum Thank you. I'm still on the planet and my ileostomy is still working, despite scar tissue and fistulas. That's why I listen to Dr. Chung's podcasts. You have to really advocate for yourself on all health matters, like he said. Thanks again.
