Since it's highly probable that an overlord killed the angel, she went to the meeting, presented the angel's head, and proposed a war on heaven, all simply to get a rise out of the potential culprit. Though, what she did wrong was make a scene and shamelessly provoke people.

Zestial may not care to entertain the V's childish power grabs but if they go for Carmine They will certainly be dead..I am sure none of us question that. And Carmine who already looked down on the V's for being reckless most likely even more pissed off now that Velvette picked a fight with her. Then there Is Rosie who is friends with Alastor. That's four people at the people that may have some..not so nice thoughts about the V's...to say the least and hey after episode 4 we can definetly add another one too so that's Five powerful people the V's angered..in like a month 😂 Velvette clearly didn't play the long game here

Yep, and the overlords typically represent some sort of media. Alastor is radio, Vox is video, Valentino is the sex industry (he works with Vox to create porn), and Velvette is social media. Hell only got cell phones when she arrived. The industries don't have to be entertainment related, but those are the primary that we know of.

Thinking about the fact that in a streaming Viv said that Angel died in 1947 and fought in ww2 and Vaggie just literally throwed him in another traumatic past event and the way Angel was carrying Sir Pentious is how soldiers carry each other to walk faster and how he was so happy and proud of himself when he said "made it" and how much I love him

"Respectless" is an absolute banger of a song, definitely one of my favourites so far. I loved the guitar strumming when Carmilla chimed in, and the beat dropped, representing the juxtaposition between both perspectives of Velvette and Carmilla. Velvette is clearly overconfident and has a youthful, hotheaded energy that thinks they can fight back against the Angels, which I understand is now a likelihood. Still, Zestial and Carmilla are right that they can't jump into war too soon and risk long-term damnation, especially when Carmelo is responsible for the beheaded Angel.

However, Adam has already said in episode 1 that there would be “no demons left” so they are planning on killing all of them in 6 months, unlike other exterminations. So Velvette is right, the other overlords just don’t know that yet. They all don’t want to fight back because they’re scared Heaven will punish them by killing all of Hell, but that’s what Heaven is planning on doing regardless. And of course, Velvette doesn’t know that but, still realistically the right move would be to do what Velvette is suggesting.

Actually, Velvette is like that. Yes she was there to represent, but she is in fact an overlord just like Vox and Valentino. She's the overlord of social media similar to how Vox is the overlord of TVs (or electronics), Alastor being radio, etc etc.

I'm really glad Vel didn't get overshadowed by Vox and Val. I 100% believe her when she says she's the backbone of the Vees. Smart and perceptive, and knows how to push people's buttons, all quite valuable for being the biggest influencer in Pride, potentially even all of Hell. Who cares if you can make and sell tech if no one knows about it or is convinced to buy it? Who cares if you employ people to make adult content if no one knows you're a good choice to work with? She helps the other Vees immensely by providing them platforms. I wouldn't be surprised if she's also in control of any marketing type things as well, like the popsicles we see when she sings that she's the backbone of the Vees. Plus, she's always hyping herself up for lack of a better word, repeatedly insulting Vox when he insinuates she can't handle something. She knows she's great, and will put others down for not acknowledging it, which then gases her up more when people act like or tell her she's great.

Just gonna say it even before the reaction comes out... Velvette was easily the Best part of this episode. I wonder if Vox is going to be mad at Velvete for ruining a possible partnership with Carmilla in the angelic security project. Carmilla would decline the idea because of the possibility of an all out war between the angels if that would happen Heaven will surely rain their all out power on Hell affecting Carmilla and the safety of her family.

Velvette meant that she was representing the other Vees. All the Vees are overlords, but they all team up and use their combined strength. They also all are relatively new in charge, and thus the other overlords don’t think highly of them and think they are young, arrogant, inexperienced, reckless, and disrespectful. Velvette certainly didn’t help clear that image, but I think what she was trying to do was get a rise out of whoever killed the angel, so she could know who did it. She shouldn’t have disrespected Zestiel though, since the others all respect him since he’s the oldest overlord there (as Alastor called him, ancient). All the Vees are in charge of things that help Hell run, and they all go together very well because they have to do with technology. Velvette runs social media (why after she said represent, she took and posted a pic of Carmilla on social media), Vox runs television and other technological stuff like we saw in ep 2, and Valentino runs the porn industry. Vox seems to be the smartest of them all. But we don’t know yet for certain if he is the strongest, since Velvette did say she’s the backbone of the Vees. Social media is important for advertising either of the things they sell. Also all of them seem to have quite a temper/can be impulsive, unlike some of the other overlords.
