100% Legit!!! Was there a couple weeks ago. Was able to go to the EG4 Facility too. Proud to be a Distributor/Dealer for Signature Solar and EG4 for Puerto Rico. We need all they offer to survive daily with our unstable grid power. Great People AND Company!

I was one of the folks wandering around the event that day as well. I am very happy with their staff and service. The prices aren't bad and it's nice to be able to go to a retail store and lay hands on things before you buy them. I'm only an hour from there so it's convenient as well and i can avoid shipping costs.

Looking to add solar to my lake house just out of Longview TX. SS has been super helpful with me while I’m learning what I will install. Interesting that EG4 is also manufactured in good ole Sulfur Springs!

@unpluggedtexan I don't think this has anything to do with me. SS has simply been around for a while. They have an actual website, address, and physical presence. Not that hard to determine if they are legit or not.

There’s some fly by night solar online stores out there that aren’t reputable. I wanted to show that Signature Solar has a huge facility and have a lot invested in their venture.

I still have a very bad experience with Signiture Solar. 2 years ago my 12k growatt went down. Contacting the tech support was horrible getting help. I went through a week of talking pictures back and forth. We are totally off grid. We were down for 3 weeks running generator on gas before the second inverter. Costing hour house and farm with 3 large deep freezer and costing us hundreds of dollars in fuel.

@@bearupfarm1818 I feel you on that one, they have added a ton of support staff in the last year. Seems people are happy now with the support they’re getting.
