Imo the combat in this game is ASS, its so janky and annoying you can walk out of peoples m1s, and the game is buggy as hell, pisses me off how they think “ quality over quantity” when it should be both. The game is trash, my main problem is the combat, id rather play shikanoko battlegrounds all day instead of playing boring ass sbg. I was rlly disappointed with mahoraga, thats how I lost hope in the game. So yeah, game is boring after, not to mention the devs are wierd and all that.

i find once you get into it the combat is a lot deeper than the other battlegrounds games due to being slower, it feels like an actual fighting game with the complexities of the dashing system, and how blocking is easy to get past, but works when you need it too. (so it punishes players for playing too defensive) other games like JJS are too shallow, and in realm rampage/TSB you just get 1 shot instantly no matter what if you dont have evasive up. (not saying sorcerers doesnt have one shots, but its not as bad from my experience)

I think this game could be good, but it's held back by it's janky combat, since i do think the movesets are good (accurate to the anime somewhat and they're generally fun), it's also full of bugs, thankfully i havent encountered them (at least as much as i remember)

This game is hot ass 😭 Joined a server and got targeted by an alt and their friend (15k kills), actively chased me down and killed me with every chance they got (using the yuji, todo and halloween character). Some moves I feel like should knockback/stun and they dont (which was frustrating), Megumis 1st kill and Yuta's 1st skill are practically the same yet they arent(???), ridiculous M1 trades and M1 range. My first time ever playing the game and all I can say is i will never touch it again, its like every bad aspect of a battlegrounds game was picked and pushed in this social experiment of a game

This game actually fell off so hard, I use to play the game a lot back when Toji was EA and it honestly felt great and smooth. I revisited the game recently and idk what happened but it feels complete BUNS now. Maybe they messed up the coding or smthing but the game doesn't *feel* great anymore and some of the hit stuns on newer characters beyond Yuta are horrendous. I pray that they can return this game back to a playable state because rn it is frankly unplayable.
